Jim Dyet

Jim Dyet

Born in Scotland, the land that gave birth to golf, Jim Dyet became a caddy in St. Catharines, Ontario, when he was just six years old. Although every bag he carried trailed along the ground, Jim’s early love for golf quickly reached a high level. Now in his seventies, Jim still loves the grand old game and plays frequently. He has been the featured speaker at a number of golf outings. He also maintains a busy schedule as a guest speaker at churches in Colorado.

He is also the author of 18 books, hundreds of articles, and nearly 50 Bible curriculum courses. His professional career has included extensive editorial and pastoral experience. He graduated from Moody Bible Institute in 1957, Houghton College in 1958, and pursued graduate studies at Indiana State University, The Denver Seminary, and Louisiana Baptist University. He holds a ThD and DLit from Louisiana Baptist University.

Jim and his wife reside in Colorado Springs. They have been married 53 years and have three adult children and two granddaughters.
