John George Arthur
John George Arthur is an Industrial Psychologist who specialises in risk, reasoning and resilience and is also a Christian author. Current writing projects reflect this dual identity, they include: "The Reasoning Chain" - a professional book on the psychology of risk reasoning in industry - and "Being Right and Other Mistakes" - A consideration of the grace of Jesus for church and others.
John fuses his professional life and his Christian spirituality in two main ways. By helping churches and church leadership to develop - through activities like ministerial competency reviewing and the exploration of identity, trajectory, leadership structures etc. He also works with para-church organisations to support them in strategic planning, decision making and effectiveness.
As well as Psychology and writing John enjoys high-powered motorbikes, film and keeping in shape. He lives in Solihull, UK. with his wife and daughter.
