Giving and Receiving Hospitality [New Church Participants]

Giving and Receiving Hospitality [New Church Participants]

Faith Practices(r) series

Seekers and new church participants explore their core commitments, either individually or in small groups to achieve meaningful insights and conversations.

Seekers and new church participants can bring eagerness, anxiety, trepidation, or defensiveness to a local church community. Some new participants want to get ready for a new encounter; others want to get some clarity about their hopes at the start of their entering a new community.

Giving and Receiving Hospitality [New Church Participants] invites seekers new attendees to explore on their own what they themselves believe and care about. This book offers a safe inductive format that includes art, music, and story. It also offers a way for a small group of seekers and new participants to have meaningful conversations and connections to others in the congregation.
